My villa has great architectural design and orientation. It has large windows and from anywhere the sea, the garden and the swimming pool are visible. Additionally, the wonderful tiled roof, the wooden windows and floors, the large rooms, assures tranquility and enjoyment. There is also a biological garden that produces excellent vegetables. All the above makes an ideal living.
Outside my mansion the environment is excellent. It has many seaside restaurants for food and drinks. Very near is a tennis court, the Casino Rio and the General (University) Hospital of Patras. It should be noted that the area has zero criminality.
